PORTLAND — Walking and biking aren’t just good for you, they’re good for congestion relief as well. 

It’s almost impossible to build our way out of congestion. Transportation options like public transportation, walking, biking and telecommuting can help reduce demand on the system.

According to a new report from ODOT, congestion in the Portland area is getting worse.
